Armored Tactical Incognito Van POINTER®

Ballistic protection that never breaks cover

WHERE DISCRETION MEETS CAPABILITY

Some operations call for a vehicle that announces authority; others go better when nobody gives the van a second look. The POINTER® Tactical Incognito van is built for the second kind. It pairs a factory-standard Mercedes-Benz Sprinter exterior with the same class of armor our engineers use in our marked tactical fleet, so surveillance details, undercover units, and protective teams can stage, move, and work under real protection without tipping off their presence. Where the POINTER® SWAT/APC van is built to be seen, the Incognito does its job by going unnoticed, and it gives up none of the crew or equipment capacity to do it.

Pointer

ARMOR HIDDEN IN PLAIN SIGHT

From the curb, it reads as a plain work van: original body lines, factory paint and trim, windows that match the stock tint. Underneath, we reinforce the entire passenger cell with certified ballistic steel and multi-layer, no-spall bullet-resistant glass, overlapped through the doors and pillars. Hence, coverage stays continuous at the seams. The wheels keep their factory face with runflat inserts tucked inside, and the exterior carries no plating, exposed hardware, or badging to give the build away.

ENGINEERED FOR COVERT OPERATIONS

Armor runs from Alpine Level A4 through A9 (CEN B6+), built with laboratory-tested materials rated against the AR-15, 7.62x39, 5.56x45, 7.62x51, and M80 ball. A self-sealing fuel tank and anti-sabotage exhaust protection guard two of the most common points of attack, and every build passes through our own live-fire ballistic testing before delivery. Discretion can also end the moment the doors open: for agencies that want one van able to work both sides of that line, the platform accepts overt options such as a roof hatch, an over-watch platform, and a ram bumper.

ORDINARY OUTSIDE, MISSION-READY INSIDE

The factory shell offers no payload penalty: the cabin seats up to 10 occupants, including the driver, with seating and storage configured around the mission. One week, that means a two-person surveillance detail; the next, a full entry team with kit. Tool and gun racks and lockable cabinets keep equipment organized and out of view of anyone glancing through a window, and privacy curtains close the crew area off entirely. A 360-degree high-definition camera system, a night-vision front camera, and side cameras feed into monitors at the crew stations. The two-way intercom, PA, and multi-siren system, and the concealed red/blue strobes remain quiet until the team decides otherwise.

Most armored vehicles are designed to be noticed. We build the Incognito with the same materials, testing, and engineering as the rest of its fleet, then hide all of it inside a van that disappears into traffic. Put it next to the POINTER® Mobile Command van and the rest of the POINTER® lineup, or request a quote tailored to how your unit actually operates.
